Refund policy

Sometimes a thing just doesn't fit the space, or the idea you had for it. If you need to make a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or simply the wrong thing, email admin@sairakha.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or a full refund. You will not need to send the item back.

For other returns, email admin@sairakha.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item. The customer pays for return shipping on these returns.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
