Where do orders ship from?
From warehouses in the United States. Each order ships with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days and usually arrive within 2-11 business days. Standard shipping is free. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Email us to start a return and we will send the instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being approved. The full terms are in our refund policy.
Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Email admin@sairakha.com with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to send the item back.
My order has not arrived.
If it has not arrived within 15 business days, email admin@sairakha.com and we will replace it or refund it.
